They not only help with the tools, but the CS team keeps a health check with your org ona. regular basis and help with other 3rd Party vendors like Auditors or security experts to make sure we achieve the desired outcome. Recently the Product UI has improved and made the user experience on the tool better

What do you like best about Vanta? Tool is easy to use and pretty much self explanatory. It cover more or less all of the SOC2 control points automatically so once you connect all your systems it helps you to fix all issues and ther is little need for manual print screen etc.
