What do you like best about Vanta? The most helpful about Vanta was the customer support team who did not skip a beat in helping me. They were very timely with their emails. I never had to wait for a reply if I was having difficulties. They were kind and courteous and new what they were talking about and how to solve my issues. What do you like best about Vanta? It's easy to download and start right away. I have used it on Windows, macOS and Linux and had no problems so far. The documentation is also comprehensive, so there's no need to google every time you need to perform a task from the checklist.

What do you like best about Vanta? I found the policy templates very beneficial, especially for a small business that doesn't have dedicated security staff to build out the policies from scratch.
