The Vanta team is extremely responsive throughout the entire process and is always available to hop on a call or attach helpful articles explaining how to go about using their portal and getting the correct information inputed.

If you pair it with an auditor integrated with Vanta, it really lets you focus on the more challenging parts of compliance. They are constantly updating the application by adding new monitors and integrations, and their support has always been helpful and pleasant to work with.
