"Vanta is very pricey for what it is."

What do you like best about Vanta? It makes the soc 2 compliance process easier. Soc2 in general is a joke, it's a hurdle you must jump through to seem 'legit'. Vanta makes the compliance process pretty simple, however For 11 K a year or whatever they're charging, it's too much. Other services are quite a bit cheaper that should offer the same quality of tooling.

What do you like best about Vanta? Our favorite feature is being able to pull examples for all the required documents/policies. It makes the process much easier. We used Practical Assurance when we first started, and it was not user-friendly.

They also built easy-to-use policies that made it easy for us to speed up our security onboarding. We went through our SOC-2 audit quickly with the assistance of Vanta.
