What do you like best about Vanta? Extremely easy to use and understand. Most operations don't require consulting documentation. What do you dislike about Vanta?

What do you like best about Vanta? They understand that customer service needs to be both automated and in-person. Vanta wants you to be successful and will have a person meet with you weekly until it's done. Vanta's Customer Service is comparable to Disney's and I can't think of another company that comes close.

What do you like best about Vanta? I'm a big fan of Vanta. Since they've been around the longest they are incredibly good at the core feature set. It's easy to see what needs to be updated and how to update it to keep compliant. They also helped us quickly find an auditor, and their customer support team personally worked to help us address and complete a big security questionnaire doc we had. Really went above and beyond. Shout out to Emmett our original customer success person!
