"Great CRM for small business"

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? We've been using VanillaSoft for Textdrip for a year now, and we are happy with the simplicity of design. Other CRMs seem to get in the way of themselves when adding new features and functionality. VanillaSoft does an excellent job of keeping the cockpit clean and organized so you can spend less time learning how your CRM functions and more time closing deals.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? It's so intuitive and user-friendly. I have been able to delegate many back-end tasks to my employees without worrying that it'll be too complicated or that they'll struggle with the software. As a manager, it frees up a lot of my time to have employees set themselves up for calling versus me having to do it for them.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? VanillaSoft is a very versatile platform unlike platforms like Aircall or Dialpad, it will actually allow you to build workflows that help the team and streamline their outreach process. Integrating it with other tools, like CRM, was also a breeze with incoming and outgoing webhooks.

"Great, Versatile Product"

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? We were in the market for a new calling software for our higher-education phonathon. There are three major contenders in the field, but none of them fit what we were looking for - something where we could control our screens, build specific call routes, and even manipulate data on a daily basis. We took a chance when looking into a sales-based software and haven't been disappointed as it has fit almost every need we were looking for.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft? I'm a fan of VS as it's super easy to use and customize! We work with 50+ clients and can easily create a unique workflow or replicate what we're doing for another. You can develop cadences, send email blasts, track activity, etc. I love the flexibility of the platform.
