What do you like best about UserTesting? Record tests with product that have both web and mobile, survey, large pool of testers. We also need the ability to use our own testers, that was a different product however that we couldn't trial.

Works great
I have been with Usretesting since April and it works very well. I wish I would have more tests as a tester with them, but the ones that are available on the platform are working great. I would encourage businesses to use user testing as a platform because it just has the capacity and capability to provide the software needed and support. Unlikely many other platforms that have technical problems all the time and no support, this one works great. Very pleased with them. Thanks, userstesting!
