Fantastic Experience Fantastic Company
I’ve been with UserTesting for over five years now. They were the first user testing company I worked with. The tests both moderated and unmoderated are both interesting & enjoyable. The method of testing is straightforward, reliable and intuitive. The testing support from the UserTesting staff is always helpful & friendly. Payment is always prompt. Highly recommended both to those looking for work & to companies looking for well structured, reliable user testing.

One of the best sites ever...
It is easy to use and is not at all a scam as I first doubted it to be since it seemed a little too easy. The payments are made EXACTLY on time and the customer support team responds fairly well and fast. It has made me a good amount of money in just 2 months and I'm glad I found it it!

UserTesting is worthwhile and engaging
UserTesting has been great for me! Every test I've taken has held my interest and felt engaging. The directions are always clear and easy to understand. When I participate in a test I always feel like I am making a useful contribution.

UserTesting for me has been a great experience
UserTesting for me has been a great experience. It really does pay ( via PayPal 7 days after the test) the amount of tests in a month varies, sometimes 7-10 other times 10-15 tests per month. The majority of the tests are the 10$ ones, but frequently the 30$ appears too. The 60$ I only performed once and the 90$ and 120$ I never performed. You really have to look almost all the time to not miss tests, since I’m right now at home studying to change careers, UserTesting has been a great side ...

terrible
This platform is terrible and they don't have any way to dispute one star ratings. Not to mention those figma issues where you get "it's so the customer does not get the incorrect response". The company should focus on a balance of the testers and clients. Should never have been made public.
