"UserTesting is one of the most powerful tools I use"

What do you like best about UserTesting? I really love how quickly I am able to recruit participants and complete an tests, surveys, or interviews that I need. It's also incredibly easy to filter out/find the right participant for my study. UT is also great at replacing any participants if they weren't too helpful, or didn't show up.

What do you like best about UserTesting? Usertesting makes the my Researcher life very easy when it comes to provide me the necessary tools and resources (and support) to gather meaninful insights. I use a lot to conduct unmoderated usability tests and see transcriptions as I'm not English native speaker and that helped me a lot to not be limited :!

Before User Testing it took weeks of coordination to get customer feedback, it took hours of our teams time to then do the interviews and analyse them and survey response rate was low, plus we wanted to minimise the times we had to reach out to our customers. User Testing gets us the results we need in less than 24 hours after setting up a test which means the process that took 6 weeks or more before can now take days to a week to build, run and ...

"Usertesting is a great tool and easy for beginners"

What do you like best about UserTesting? The simplicity of the test setup is very easy to follow. I am a beginner user of this tool and it really only took me one test set up to figure out the lay of the land. I love the drag and drop method of adding questions/filters and there really isn't anything missing from those options, everything is super helpful. I also enjoy the transcript functions and being able to jump to different sections of the recorded video. It saves me a ton of time.

What do you like best about UserTesting? How easy and fast I can complete research studies. Two things, the customer support is great. What do you dislike about UserTesting?

A genuine and decent test platform

I've been using UT for several months now, along with other similar apps. UT is far and away the best one. Yes, you have to complete quite a few screener surveys before being accepted to one, and you won't make millions. You also have to ensure you complete tests properly, as some of them will give you a star rating. But you can legitimately get to take part in a couple of surveys a week if you put the effort in and answer honestly.

What do you like best about UserTesting? The best thing about User Testing is how easy it is to find people to interview with. It is extremely easy to do and convenient

Terrible and misleading website

Terrible and misleading website. Always tests pop up but as soon as you fill all of the market research type questions in it says not suitable. Absolute waste of time.
