What do you like best about Userlytics? I can download the full recordings to my device. highlights feature is good. it gives unbiased result. I also like that i can choose in detail what participants i want, the filters are really good to get good insights for your design. What do you dislike about Userlytics? it collects on its own is quite limited, as are their data visualizations. it's an end-user tool but if it was a little less pretty it could house more info. This software is not free you have to pay money to get advanced versions What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best about Userlytics? The best software for user feedback! Unbiased results, and detailed information. What do you dislike about Userlytics? Initial set up takes some time. Feedback could be delivered quicker. What problems is Userlytics solving and how is that benefiting you? User feedback to ensure our product meets needs of users. Unbiased feedback.

What do you like best about Userlytics? I love the ability to observe the non-verbals of the participants as they go through the tasks. What do you dislike about Userlytics? Not being able to send out one link that groups varying persona groups even though it's for one project. Currently, it allows me to send out a link to each persona group, but if I'm testing across 3 groups with varying desktop and mobile devices, I end up having a lot more links to share to clients for highlights and ...
