"Great platform for user testing"
What do you like best? It is easy to recruit very specific participants, and you can now do live testing as well as recorded. Great customer support. What do you dislike? The UI was a bit confusing at first, but they are working on improving it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are getting better insights on the UI and UX of our app from real world people.

Client Services Team is great to work with, there's helpful resources/demos, their Panel has high quality respondents and it's easy to meet your target quickly, and the reporting features are useful! What do you dislike about Userlytics? The steps to record and connect to an outside system like WebEx is very complicated and not user friendly for users from outside of Userlytics' Panel to dial into. This company is a joke!
This company is a joke! I have completed a few tests with userlytics and on all occasions i have had bad experiences. Firstly, the app doesn't work properly and after completing the same test twice, spending 40 mins on each test it decides to not upload and submit the task video. I emailed the customer service and never received a response from them. This then happened again. Frustrating to say the least! I thought i would give the company the benefit of the doubt and try a third time, ...

Legit but unreliable for testers
This is a review of my experience as tester. Userlytics is a legit company offering UX tests to testers from around the world. In fact, this is the only site that got me a test on the same day I registered. POSITIVE -- Unlike most usability tests companies, they don't require an entry test. -- They don't ask for too many personal details when you join.
