What do you like best about UserGems? I like that it shows me their new and old title and when they transferred companies. What do you dislike about UserGems?

What do you like best about UserGems? My favorite part of UserGems is the ROI per time I spend. They send us automated emails of new previous users (i.e. UserGems) on a weekly basis without any work on my end. From there, I have a curated list of potential hot leads that could be raving fans of our product at a new company.

"Super valuable way to track customers and create new pipeline"
What do you like best about UserGems? UserGems is extremely valuable in tracking customers for job changes and resurfacing them to our SDR team. Our SDR team loves their monthly usergems batch because they know these leads will be warm and know our brand. Also our customer success manager, Steven, has been extremely supportive, creative and really helped us get this off the ground.

What do you like best about UserGems? It gives excellent insight to help with prospecting and preparing for reaching out to prospects. It helps us do a timely check-in to see if the contacts might be keen to secure our product since they have moved to a new company.

What do you like best about UserGems? UserGems has made it easier for me to prospect clients, since the data pulls accounts from previous customers. It has saved me a lot of time when creating reference information in salesforce.
