Easy peasy
The process is easy and the researchers are pretty good I like that they are working on trying to fix and make things easier for people and the incentives are not to bad either definitely like like the app !!!

Reliable incentive payouts, Trusted partners
I have been an account holder/participant with User Interviews since at least 2017. I have done hundreds of studies through this platform! It has been a GREAT source of income and insight for me. I have been able to provide valuable feedback on almost every topic out there. The site has had some updates and they have changed a bit of the formatting for payouts. User Interviews is a fantastic Organization. I consistently receive emails informing about viable Survey Opportunities across a range of compelling topics. I have had the good fortune to participate in UI Surveys. They have always been professionally run. Payment has been prompt. UI Support Staff are knowledgeable, proactive, and attentive. My only constructive feedback is please do not allow your service delivery quality to erode. I highly recommend User Interviews.

I get a lot of offers to apply for…
I get a lot of offers to apply for studies but rarely accepted. I get accepted and go to the study and it's already full or has been closed. It's very frustrating. They pay promptly after a study focus group has completed though.
