What do you like best about Usedesk? All the channels we need are supported, especially whatsapp integration. What do you dislike about Usedesk? The triggers are not so intuitive to setup as it could be. What problems is Usedesk solving and how is that benefiting you? We track SLA and make bonuses decision based on Usedesk reports.
