Reliable and simple
What do you like best? Uptime is simple to integrate into your service platform and just works. Thanks to the text, phone, email, and slack alerts you always know when something is wrong. What do you dislike? Sometimes the documentation is outdated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Uptime allows us to know that our whole service is always online, and if not helps us to debug exactly what's down.

Very complete set of tools to monitor site availability
What do you like best? The multitude of different tools available What do you dislike? Can not think of anything that I dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring, alerting and reports on server downtime is the most used service, then domain blacklist tool. Occasionally, the performance and health tools come in handy as they are quickly accessible and easy to use.
