What do you like best? Uptime.com has a clean and intuitive web UI, and a well-documented API for programmatic access. The Product and Support teams have been attentive and responsive to our needs, and actively work to improve the service. Uptime.com is a great tool for monitoring web site or other endpoint up-time against SLAs. It is web based, lightweight, and easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if it were not for a few minor aspects of the UI that I find confusing, mainly around the Reports section and knowing how to look at activity and filter what can be included or filtered and such. I sometimes get lost in the hierarchy and options if I haven't changed them in a while. Otherwise, I was able to get reasonable alerts ...

Easy to understand and feature rich
What do you like best? API Monitoring: We tried 6 diffrent tools for our chain of API requests, non of these could configure all of them but Uptime could. What do you dislike? Currently there is no agent for intranet application monitoring but it's on the roadmap from what i heard What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring of our public API's, so that we get quick alerts if something is not working.
