The premium support means that we have help at hand anytime we have an issue. We find the chat line is very supportive and they are patient while the step you through the processes when necessary.

Onboarding team is one of the best
Onboarding team is one of the best, the software is great and is continually getting developed. The mobile sales App does needs some work though. But look no further and forget cin7 and dear systems which we have tried and are hopeless.

Perfect Onboarding Process!
We signed up to Unleashed after years of operating manual inventory controls, and we couldn't have wished for a better onboarding process! Mike was great at breaking tasks down into manageable chunks and checking in after we'd completed each one. We never felt any pressure to move at a faster pace than we wanted to, so we could take time understanding and testing the system ready for a successful launch. Thanks Mike, you're a legend!

I'm Glad I Chose Unleashed Software
I decided to go with Unleashed over others on the market due to an available phone number and support packages. I did my onboarding (by myself) last weekend and apart from a few minor self inflicted glitches, we're up and running. I've raised 8 or so tickets with questions and all have been answered within 24 hours. This is a comprehensive package. I hope it continues to improve on this!

Comprehensive software. Tyler is an onboarding legend!
Unleashed is a comprehensive software solution to structure & robust processes to your business. We've just set it up as our source of truth for inventory and sales orders. We're finding it gives us a much more detailed view of our business which will lead to better inventory and sales management. Tyler has helped us on with onboarding and has been an absolute legend. A solution for a tricky problem
