Great customer support and information
I really appreciate the customer support from Unleashed, whether you phone up or send an email, generally they respond within 24 hours to your query, if not before. Their online help is also fantastic and the fact that if you need help on a specific page, if you click the help icon, it takes you to help info on the particular page you are on, so you don't have to troll through or search for the item you need help on, which I think is a brilliant idea. Just keep on working through the help email as you will learn so much
