Very user friendly system!
What do you like best? Ultipro is a very user friendly product that has a clean look to it. The system is very easy to navigate through and easy to teach and train others. Sophisticated HR software to drive all of your HR needs
What do you like best? All of the training courses that are offered either via the web or in person. It is very convenient to be able to sign up for an online training course in how to better use or utilize the options that are out there. There are also many helpful articles posted on the Client Success Portal that can be searched for and accessed at any time. Ultimate Software HRM is outstanding
What do you like best? That it is full feature and robust HRA application that is SAS based. The on going system updates are done by Ulti after hours so our system is always up and available during business hours. Since it is web based it can be accessed from any location. We were also able to eliminate most check printing and use the direct deposit feature saving us a ton of money. What do you dislike? They are so popular that when we want customs created we have to wait up to 6 weeks ...
