What do you like best? Reporting capabilities are outstanding, the interface is user friendly for end users and administrators. We love most of the modules available. What do you dislike? Compensation management could be improved, it is extremely clunky for our organization. It works well for managers but is a nightmare for administrators to set up. We have been with UltiPro for 2 year and the experience have been mostly great.

What do you like best? We really like the HR and benefits integration with Payroll. This have removed a lot of wasted time that was spent sending Payroll new hire and salary information, also benefit deduction information. What do you dislike? We dislike that functionality is limited for our international employees. For example, we are not able to store PTO information. Correcting job and salary information is also not available; need to open a case for these types of corrections. ...

What do you like best? Ultipro has great user functionality and is intuitive. Multiple taxing based on earnings is a great perk. multifaceted authentication is nice as well to ensure compliance.
