I love Ultipro
What do you like best? I love that there is so much functionality for a reasonable price. Ultimate is always adding new features and improving the user experience. What do you dislike? Great solution!
What do you like best? While no solution is perfect, I think Ultimate understands the needs of HR professionals and business of all sizes. What do you dislike? Payroll is very comprehensive.
What do you like best? I like being able to get in touch with a rep immediately if I have a problem processing payroll. What do you dislike? I don't like that we don't have a dedicated rep. Greatfor onboarding and tracking sheets, easy to navigate.
What do you like best? What I love best about UltiPro is how easy the software is to use. With there being an online and an app version, its practically effortless to navigate through UltiPro and find what you need. What do you like best? The shortened process with hiring on a candidate. They recently updated from "recruitment" to "recruiting" and it's been so time saving. What do you dislike? That you cannot go back and change anything about the candidate (email, phone, etc. after they have been sent to "onboarding". Easy and Convenient to Use
What do you like best? I like the mobile app allows users to request time off and have the request sent directly to their supervisor. What do you dislike? I do not like that it is not possible to modify a time off request after it has been submitted. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
