What do you like best? The overall abilities to use any and all modules and fulfill the needs of the company. Great for paperless options, streamlining of New hire process, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and overall HR changes. Ulti is always expanding and improving their products. What do you like best? The documents section to upload necessary docs. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything off the top of my head. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? So many. It is user friendly for employees.

What do you like best? Ultimate Software is continually rolling out new features and values feedback and suggestions sent in by customers. That's reassuring as a customer. Additionally, customers are given the option of enabling or disabling many of these features so they can be rolled out gradually depending upon what is best for your business What do you dislike? Easy to use

What do you like best? The one touch sign in is extremely useful for on the go punching. What do you dislike? It freezes sometimes and needs to be restarted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easy to keep track of pay stubs and time stamps on the app so when I need verification for anything I can go to the app, use the one touch log in and pull up every pay stub to date.

Unable to print an instant check where we do the direct deposit so it is a post only until processed with the next payroll cycle; inability to make changes after the check has been marked posted; too many steps to do simple correct adjustments (i.e. move earnings or deductions from one code to another); taxes tied to a work location for remote employees in Ohio and Pennsylvania; tax filing ...

What do you like best? The customer success portal and the manual and quick guides that go along with the system. What do you dislike? Some functionality at the business level can't only be applied to certain org levels. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving some issues with using the system for contingent workforce.

What do you like best? The configurability and ease of use of the portal. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I truly dislike about the system, but if I have to pick something, the UltiPro Time and Time Off and Allowances portal still needs some work. Great customer service and great core/payroll features; disappointed with recruiting and onboarding

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to process payroll. What do you dislike? Limited features in onboarding and recruiting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to streamline our HR processes significantly and have been able to tie payroll records into our GL seamlessly. We are also able to keep track of all our employee data in one place which is hugely beneficial.

What do you like best? One of the best parts of Ultipro is Business Intelligence. You can create and configure reports in so many ways. Being able to analyze data is critical to a successful business and Ultipro has it all. I've used multiple HRIS packages and this one is by far the best. What do you dislike? Not a true dislike but I would like to see better integration of the reporting across the multiple platforms (UTM, Core, Ultipro Learning). I wish all were fully available in ...
