Easy to use, simple design
What do you like best? It was not overly complicated and it had a simple attractive design that made it quick and easy to use. What do you dislike? It was a little old-fashioned looking. Wish there were more graphics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It made clocking in and out and time management easier.

What do you like best? This platform makes the management of an employee's time with you so easy to manage! You can easily review time cards, PTO requests, performance reviews, and succession plans. What do you like best? I like that UltiPro is useful for payroll and HR work it makes the users job much simpler to either do timesheets or change direct deposit information. What do you dislike? What I dislike about UltiPro is that with everything something’s are not as simple such as being able to insert new employees. Great and thorough HR software
What do you like best? Do it all, easy interface for new time users What do you dislike? Direct Deposit doesn’t connect by first paycheck. Recommendations to others considering the product: Put your direct deposit information in right away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? On boarding process quick and easy.

Great experience with UtilPro
What do you like best? One thing that I like best about UltiPro is that it is very easy to use! I have had to train others on how to use it and even without much technology experience- I have been able to show others how to use it! I also like that I can keep all of my paystubs in one place. Simple App Interface
What do you like best? UltiPro has a very simple app interface that translates well to its online form. What do you dislike? The UltiPro app tends to be glitchy in the time clock interface. A likely connector
What do you like best? This app has made our hr tracker (from a mgmt perspective incredibly useful, we’ve organized years worth of data! What do you dislike? At this point no snags, it’s pretty great to use with build out capability we never imagined possible. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All data as it relates to pay, time off, accrued benefits and more have been sorted marvelously with Ulti-Pro.

UltiPro works well for it's purpose, but like most HR software, isn't very user friendly.
What do you like best? Allows employees to view and edit their information all in one place, including contact and basic info as well as tax information. It also handles pay stubs and direct deposit information, as well as time clock. What do you dislike? Time clock in/out pages are archaic in design and look like they haven't been updated since early 2000s. The mobile website is awful, and doesn't allow access to time and attendance - and changing to the desktop site logs you out, ...

Customer Experience
What do you like best? When we made the transition to UltiPro the number one item I was looking for was all around better customer service and experience. We were with a previous provider that we could not trust on multiple levels. The second we met our sales rep and then into starting activation with UltiPro I could tell the difference, everyone was SO knowledgeable. We already felt valued as a customer.
