Less than enamored
What do you like best? I like the look of UltiPro and how it presents a customized solution using company colors and logos. I like that our employees can initiate time off requests, address updates, tax withholdings, benefit enrollments as well as manage their time punches. What do you dislike? I dislike that that the platform is a "self managed" payroll. We did not realize that would mean managing a work flow beyond entering payroll data. We now have to verify that a data file leaves ...

It's alright
What do you like best? The program consolidated all of our information from pay, to employment status, to vacation requests and approvals. Email updates were great. What do you dislike? There were some weird things when it came to requesting and cancelling vacation that were super annoying. Once a request was submitted, you couldn't cancel, and if a request was changed, it still remained in the history as a cancelled request. Basically was frustrating to make changes. What problems ...

Helpful Tool with detailed overview
What do you like best? I like how seamless the interaction is. The dashboard view is great. What do you dislike? Doesn't seem easy to search for things I can't find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UltiPro allows me to see all HR information in one easy to use view.

Great payrole software

Works, but not the most intuitive
What do you like best? Ultipro gets the job done. It consistently and accurately reports my time at work and keeps track of the paid time off I accrue. What do you dislike? What I find least helpful, is figuring out how to enter time off or administrative time. It is not intuitive, and I have had to ask HR to help me. There was even a time I had to go to payroll services and ask them to change a mistake on my time sheet after I accidentally submitted it. Recommendations to others ...

Excellent product
What do you like best? The software is user friendly; It is easy to navigate and reliable. One of my favorite features is that you are able to view paystubs and W2 easily and make changes on demand. What do you dislike? One of the things taht i dislike, not sure is just at my company, is that I can not use the mobile App.It would be very useful when you are on the run or don't have access to my computer. User-Friendly, Easy to Navigate
What do you like best? Ultipro is super easy to navigate, and I have never experienced glitches. I'm pleased with my experiences on Ultipro. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I dislike about Ultipro. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I believe it is a one-stop shop for signing up for professional development opportunities, completing my timesheet, viewing my PTO, and viewing paycheck information.
