Ultipro was great to use
What do you like best? Ultipro enabled me to have my paychecks and direct deposit and vacation managed on one platform. it was amazing to use. What do you dislike? The interface could be improved and would be helpful in getting emails regarding any updates made to my account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was super easy to review my paychecks and managing my direct deposite

Ultipro - end-to-end HR management thing!
What do you like best? I just love the Favorites Menu! Totally can dump benefits into it. What do you dislike? I hate the password management. I understand that it is there to keep it secure... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My company uses it for HR solutions management like information about personal data, employment, pay history, benefits, etc.

Great Tool!
What do you like best? I love that there is an easily accessible app for employees to review important and basic information such as hours, PTO, schedule, ND pay all at the touch of a finger. What do you dislike? The website has A LOT of items to view that you can't access in the mobile web version or the app. I would really love to see all features available in at least the mobile web version of the site. Excellent product
What do you like best? The software is user friendly; It is easy to navigate and reliable. One of my favorite features is that you are able to view paystubs and W2 easily and make changes on demand. What do you dislike? One of the things taht i dislike, not sure is just at my company, is that I can not use the mobile App.It would be very useful when you are on the run or don't have access to my computer. It's alright
What do you like best? The program consolidated all of our information from pay, to employment status, to vacation requests and approvals. Email updates were great. What do you dislike? There were some weird things when it came to requesting and cancelling vacation that were super annoying. Once a request was submitted, you couldn't cancel, and if a request was changed, it still remained in the history as a cancelled request. Basically was frustrating to make changes. What problems ...

Helpful Tool with detailed overview
What do you like best? I like how seamless the interaction is. The dashboard view is great. What do you dislike? Doesn't seem easy to search for things I can't find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UltiPro allows me to see all HR information in one easy to use view.
