Easy navigation
What do you like best? It is easy to navigate and has a clean User interface. It has many different and useful features for the end user and for the owner. I have used many different hris applications and this is definitely on the simpler side. What do you dislike? The user interface lacks design and style. My ultipro use
What do you like best? THis software is not hard to use. You are able to see cut and dry your time card. What do you dislike? Sometimes we can’t see ultipro from our house, which gets annoying What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ultipro keeps up with our time great. It can freeze from time to time.

Ultipro good and getting better
What do you like best? Ease of use. A new associate can get a handle on it within a day What do you dislike? The reporting tools and function automation need improvement. Customer service and support hasnt been the best Recommendations to others considering the product: Reporting is bad. Great for small companies. Payroll to the extreme
What do you like best? I like that there’s so many features as opposed to ADP payroll. What do you dislike? to learn the system at first is a little difficult. As an admin you have to know your way through the system or you can mess something up with the click of a button. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time tracking, management, W2 & W4, model pay, RTO APPROVALS

I depend on UltiPro
What do you like best? UltiPro is very useful in our workplace. We depend on this program to show us our time off accrual and our check stubs before our pay day. What do you dislike? I dislike that the paycheck stubs posts late in the day. I would prefer it posted in the morning. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A... I love this program. Easy to use
What do you like best? The time entry is very easy to do and you get notifications if one of your employees doesn’t punch out. What do you dislike? I wish you got notifications as soon as they forgot to punch out though. Not the next day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time clocks, time off, automated W2 and W4

What do you like best? The mobile client is very helpful with our field techs and salesman What do you dislike? The mobile interface does have issue every so often in locking up What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User Friendly!
What do you like best? Ultipro is the easiest hr program out there! It’s the easiest to learn and very friendly to our employees. What do you dislike? Sometimes you have to clear security levels multiple times but that’s a small issue vs the payout. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps my employees get their paystubs and view HR documents online. It’s direct to the employees, to us as bosses, and the HR department is one program.

Great application
What do you like best? It gives you details about the company organization and paychecks and you can keep track of PTO. What do you dislike? Um, I wouldn't say dislike but maybe an enhancement. Just like ultipro, there's gusto which keeps trakc of the same things. But it also keeps track of your medical insurance, which I feel is very convenient. Ultipro - end-to-end HR management thing!
What do you like best? I just love the Favorites Menu! Totally can dump benefits into it. What do you dislike? I hate the password management. I understand that it is there to keep it secure... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My company uses it for HR solutions management like information about personal data, employment, pay history, benefits, etc.
