Ultimate UltiPro
What do you like best? I can use UltiPro to sort through specific deductions from an employee’s pay check to verify how long they’ve had a benefit. I can also sort through by year. What do you dislike? The reporting mechanism can be better and I’m not sure if this is an issue based on the software used to keep track of employee files or not, but it does appear that UltiPro isn’t compatible with our HRIS system. All You Get System
What do you like best? I loved having all the solutions in one place and how easily UP integrated with other programs. What do you dislike? Not having a coding or IT background some of the access is a lots. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It Works...?
What do you like best? You can track a lot about your compensation and job history, which is helpful. What do you dislike? I think the top menu is too packed and too crowded. I wave over the menu and try to get to my options and often the screen goes away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps us keep our pay stubs in order. Employees can always find them.

Website is very easy to function.
What do you like best? The ability to do direct deposit directly on the website. What do you dislike? Changing the passwords frequently and having to keep up which password was last used. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier to keep up with check stubs

Access all your payroll information
What do you like best? Ultipro let's you see all your paystubs and tax information for the entire duration you've worked at a company What do you dislike? I dislike the homepage because the tabs don't always pop up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can see all the hours I worked and if I received overtime or a bonus.

Unintuitive and Unfriendly
What do you like best? The interface to update direct deposit information is one of the only straight forward features the suite seems to offer. What do you dislike? The Navigation menu is not intuitive, the time off request feature is clunky and has too many steps to it, you cannot download multiple pay stubs at one time in separate documents, and there is no easy over view of how your pay is divided like competitors' products provide.
