Capable but hard to use.
What do you like best? It has tons of options available to it.Very easy to navigate. Loading and printing forms are very easy. What do you dislike? Sometimes it gets complicated when using multiple features. Moreover, it often has problems with the pop blockers as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? There are really no upsides. It is decent at time management, but there are faults with that. If the system was implemented properly, maybe it would be better. What do you dislike? I dislike not being able to get ahold of our account manager for months at a time and the rest of our dedicated support team. What do you like best? UltiPro is highly customizable, allowing us to add fields and configure pages to best suit our business needs instead of having to mold our business to suit the system. The reporting tool - Cognos - is also incredibly powerful, allowing us to supplement the customization of the system with reporting to close any possible remaining gaps. Great but not without error
What do you like best? I like that everything is together in one space from hiring to vacation to time clock edits simple fast easy What do you dislike? The actual time clock is a mess. It's no where near as easy to install as the directions state that it is and really just a hassle my stores time clock changes it's time zone on it's own as well Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely worth it. What do you like best? The best thing is having all the information about an employee under one roof. Be it PTOs available, adding a WFH, holidays, Pay Stubs, W2s and checking other benefits.
