UltiPro was a much-needed change.
What do you like best? 99.5% Thrilled with UltiPro
What do you like best? My previous payroll provider's systems were not integrated like UltiPro so it required logging off and back on to different systems for same employee. I love the ease of one totally integrated system that allows me to handle all aspects of payroll, benefits and human resources for my employees. I am also in awe of their customer support. Ultimate Software is Really Ultimate!
What do you like best? Webinars and the staff at Ultimate Software are soooo helpful. Response time is fast. What do you dislike? Business Intelligence is challenging. Love Ultimate!
What do you like best? I like everything. Core is great for recordkeeping. UTM is easy to use. Payroll steps are easy to follow. Recruiting is effective. Onboarding has made our orientations much more efficient. What I've been able to do in BI is great, I just need to learn more. What do you dislike? Very useful tool for managing benefits, employees, and timekeeping
What do you like best? I like that I can quickly find my information such as pay statements, income tax, request time off, and manage my direct reports. What do you dislike? Sometimes the time keeping portion is a little bit difficult to use with how it pulls employees and shows their times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our HR World Has Made a Complete 180 in the Right Direction
What do you like best? Ulit is seamless!! Coming from a system that lacked usability and compatibility Ulti as changed the way we do business in HR. Be extremely cautious
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am hard-pressed to think of a single positive aspect of this product. What aspects are problematic or could work better? My company transferred from PayChex to UltiPro in mid-2018. Good payroll and employee management software
What do you like best? Ease of use/navigation and lots of tools available for employee management What do you dislike? Features are not available unless HR makes them available for employees. For example employees aren’t able to manage direct deposit accounts unless HR allows for the option What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ultipro has made it easy to manage payroll, see taxes paid and wages earned

Way better than ADP
What do you like best? I just started using UltiPro and its self service features are easy and intuitive to use. I’m able to approve PTO, submit pay increases, and makes job changes in minutes. What do you dislike? Sometimes the time off section can be a little tricky to get to when approving pto. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
