Easy to navigate HR software

What do you like best? Ultipro allows me to easily see my paystubs, salary information and time off requests. What do you dislike? I get locked out often and it asks me to change my password to often. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving the trees!! Easy to use

What do you like best? I love how it has a favorites menu that you can customize. It is user friendly and it’s east to switch between all the pages. What do you dislike? You can’t submit documents on all the pages that need it. To upload any document I have to go to the documents page rather than being able to right on the payment page, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As the end user - UltiPro is the best!

What do you like best? Clarity and ease of use are huge priorities for me and UltiPro does the trick! What do you dislike? It would be great if UltiPro were easily integrated with other platforms used by my company. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great product, even better customer support!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? UltiPro is like a homegrown system, you can always configure it to fit your needs. As an organization with uniques structure, we grew to appreciate this fact a lot, and we wouldn't replace UltiPro even if it wasn't that functional. Convenient but has some glitches

What do you like best? The app on your phone makes it easy to click in while you’re walking into the office at your convenience. No need of logging into a desktop version. What do you dislike? It won’t show you weekly hours, only your total biweekly hours, or however long your pay period is. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good software that can easily track your hours. Great app

What do you like best? UltiPro allows me to view all my pay stubs. What do you dislike? Nothing, UltiPro is great. I’ve had no issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am Able to access all my focuments easily online.

Has all the basics, no more no less

What do you like best? The breakdown of pay stubs is very thorough, so I appreciate the detailed line by line items. The expense reimbursement line item however can be very confusing the way it is listed as “no” under Pre-Tax. What do you dislike? Inputting hours for hourly employees takes forever, extremely tedious. Inputting PTO is also not user friendly when you need to break out each request by week. What do you like best? I love the set up of it. I love how you can see how many hours you put in, and how many hours of overtime you put in.
