What do you like best? Onboarding is used by our recruitment team to help facilitate and streamline the document completion of our new hires. UltiPro Core is used as our main point of reference for employee data. UltiPro is always improving their product. They want to ensure the users have the tools to be successful within their system. What do you like best? UltiPro has proven to be a great system for my company. As a recruiter I think their ATS has great functionality when used as it is intended. convenient to use

What do you like best? I can clock in and clock off on the app instead of having to go onto a computer and look at my paycheck What do you dislike? The time it takes to log in is over a certain time.. it can take longer then a minute to sign in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can log in with my phone to look at my paycheck and as well as clock in.

What do you like best? Ultipro is really helpful, it sends you messages to alert you or pop ups to capture your attention. it is very simple program to use. Robust portal, but not user friendly

What do you like best? Ultipro is great for ensuring all necessary employee information is included (SSN, salary, bonus, employee ID, manager, department, etc). That way the employee has all this information at the click of a button. What do you dislike? For hourly employees, inputting their time sheets is extremely labor intensive and tedious.
