What do you like best? I appreciate the amount of data that it provides for the individual employee. What do you dislike? Nothing really. It has worked rather seamlessly for the purposes of time tracking and payroll and generally does not malfunction. What do you like best? Ultipro makes keeping track of my hours, vacation pay and any other employee benefits. Its easy to access, easy to access anything I may need and easy to update my information What do you dislike? due to the latest update, there isn't an easy way to download a hard copy of pay stubs What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like how ultipro has the ability to get the job done. It works but it is confusing. lets me update my time sheets, tax withholding, and hr info from one place.
What do you like best? that I don't have to submit paperwork to a department and can access my HR info directly. What do you dislike? how it isn't clear what the codes for different types of hours entered in are exactly. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure the time codes are clear so employees don't have to get direction on how to enter hours. What problems are you solving with the product? Ulti pro is extremely user friendly
What do you like best? Ulti pro is easy to use and super easy to access. It is not complicated at all, I was able to find things easily with no assistance. What do you like best? What I love most about Ultipro is that it is very user friendly. Moreover, there are so many modules to this system that help organizations organize their needs. One of best parts to Ultipro is the BI reporting. What do you dislike? The only thing I disliked is that the accruals from utm to core didn't sync up real time. Great for HR and Onboarding
What do you like best? I love that everything you need to know about an employee is right there in Ultipro What do you dislike? I love Ultipro it's a wonderful onboarding and tracking system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are so many reports that can be run that benefit the company altogether

ULTIPro for payroll and benefits management
What do you like best? All information is in one place. I like the mobile app and being able to access my information anytime and anywhere. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ultipro time off request is very easy to use, as an employee data base it also works pretty good.
