End User Experience for the win!
What do you like best? We just recently moved from Workday to UltiPro and both the HR and end user experience could not be more different. I find the the look/feel of UltiPro is far more user friendly and intuitive than Workday. The feedback from our managers and employees has been outstanding. What do you like best? The fully integrated approach has transformed our approach to talent management and human resources. True Partnership with Ultimate/UltiPro
What do you like best? This was the first HCM/HRIS implemented for our company, so it was a big deal for it to be easy to access, view and update information. UltiPro is very intuitive and easy to use for employees. We were able to have very high adoption rates with our employees very quickly. Great solution!
What do you like best? Reporting capabilities are outstanding, the interface is user friendly for end users and administrators. We love most of the modules available. What do you dislike? Compensation management could be improved, it is extremely clunky for our organization. It works well for managers but is a nightmare for administrators to set up. Additionally, their time management is not our favorite either, but this will be replaced soon by a new solution they have developed. ...

Great technology, simple for users, great culture
What do you like best? Integrated platform for the hire to retire cycle. Everything is under one roof. What do you dislike? BI Reporting is very robust, so much so that in fact, if you do not have a dedicated HRIS team, you will likely be lost most times because you are not using it daily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time efficiencies, compliance, transparency to employees

Ultipro PAyroll Gateway
What do you like best? Ultipro payroll has simplified the payroll process for my organization What do you dislike? I do not like when a case is opened there is no follow up in a reasonable timeframe (example 10 days). Usually cases that involve tax services. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using Ultimate all services are included. Tax filing, W-2 printing etc. At one point we were using multiple payroll vendors.
