Payroll UP experience

What do you like best? I like Ultipro because its User friendly. What do you dislike? I dont like the deduction part of it. How it doesnt have at a glance on the amt or percentage. You have to go thru the whole process to see what the employee has currently have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Review of ULTI ATS and HRIS system and we launched the system in 2017.

What do you like best? The new offer letter process is a big help in the ATS. Ability to quickly scroll candidates has been a welcome upgrade. Also, we are able to now get offer approvals managed through the system. Uti has an ease of use. Outages have been minimal. What do you dislike? ATS has weak spots. The ability of our employees to log in and see their information, the ability to grant tiered access to managers, the unlimited reporting options, the capability to tailor the product to our needs What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ultipro is user-friendly, the system provides up to date information that helps you keep compliant in many areas and it has a very modern look and feel making it comfortable for many users. Works pretty well.

What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly. Easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Limited on creating certain things...recruiting and onboarding dont communicate well.
