What do you like best? I like that what I asked for is what i get. I want a system that I can rely on to give me data, reporting, easy accessibility for employees, and customer service that is knowledgeable, easy to communicate to and understanding to my situation. What do you like best? I like business intelligence the most. I have recently started making dashboards and they have been well received by other employees in my department. They are able to take a glance and see current information and analytics in an easy to read format. What do you dislike? Ultipro (The good, The bad, The Ugly)

What do you like best? I love the robust website that allows for many different functionalities.The ability to customize different areas is really nice feature. What do you dislike? The after effects from making system changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are moving away from 4 points of entry for a new hire into 2 points of entry. This will allow us to spend less time on-boarding and more time focusing on what counts.

What do you like best? I really appreciate all of the resources available: CSP, Community Center, Ulti University, and Rapid Response. The Community area is really exciting. Ultimate is intuitive.

What do you like best? The brightness of Ultimate and it's intuitiveness makes Ultimate user friendly. What do you dislike? The Recruiting Gateway is not as functional as I would like; there's no interface with Indeed which makes recruitment difficult on this platform. There are often "work arounds" for completing tasks in Ultimate because the software isn't built to interpret the need. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The reporting system and the easy access to an employees file What do you dislike? When starting and stopping a deduction there is not an easy way of double checking you have to go through all screens What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great payroll platform with some problems.

What do you like best? Rapid Response has been the best tool in my toolbox! I always have a good experience whenever I call. They're empathetic, patient and very knowledgeable which I appreciate when I call since most of the time, it's an emergency. I also love that they send a review of what we've talked about so that I'm able to review it later. What do you dislike? The time it takes to get a response from payment services. What do you like best? All in one system with ability for Can and US payroll. I like the ability to have workforce management, performance amangement, payroll recruiting all in one. Solid product, gets the job done

What do you like best? Ease of finding employee information. I often need to look up specific information about various employees, past and current, and it is usually very straight forward and simple to locate within Ultipro. What do you dislike? Issues with support. It can take longer than it should to get a solution to a problem. We're currently trying to figure out why a tax form wasn't filed and even another Ultimate Software employee is having trouble getting information back ...
