What do you like best? I am impressed with the many solutions available from Ultimate. What do you dislike? I am unimpressed with the "we will get back to you" box answer we get when submitting tickets. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great software! User friendly with many functions. What do you like best? How user friendly Ultimate is and how efficient they are, Ultipro has helped us with getting our payroll done timely and with little to no errors. I have worked for several different industries and organizations. In all my year of experience with payroll and benefits, and I have never used Ultipro. UltiPro has been a great addition to our company especially the onboarding aspect
What do you like best? The BI tool is very helpful when it comes to running specific reports What do you dislike? I wish we could test employee roles with a test employee so we are able to see what the employee sees What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining the onboarding experience for all new hires.

Excellent Customer Service and great features
What do you like best? I like how many capabilities Ultipro has What do you dislike? Report writing. I wish it was more user friendly. What do you like best? The ease of the system, how user friendly the different modules are and ease of navigation. What do you dislike? Customer Service does not have the quickest turn around time. Ultimate Software, the ultimate partner
What do you like best? The interaction that we have with employees from Ultimate Software is by far one of the best reasons for choosing Ultipro. Our Executive Relations Manager and our Customer Service Manager are both top notch. Both of them work with us as partners rather than clients. What do you dislike? What do you like best? UltiPro has brought us up to the 21st century in terms of technology, ability, and not having to use workarounds like we had to do in the past. Love having our employee records, the time clock as well as payroll all in one system. What do you dislike? Ultimate Is by far the best payroll software I have ever used.
What do you like best? The software is great and almost never has an issue, but the customer service is superior to any on the market. What do you dislike? Not being able to get a job at Ultimate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We just started using the Arrears in UltiPro this year and it has been a time saver and greatly helped in reducing human error in our employees past due benefit payments.
