What do you like best? User platform. Rapid Response lines is great. What do you dislike? It's a bit overwhelming. The BI reporting tool is to use every once in a while. You have to use it all the time to actually be able to understand how to run a report. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love the ease of interface files. Makes things so easy. Reporting on all different topics.

What do you like best? Simplicity of the interface. Many things can be done with the assistance of the program. Overall it is a good program. What do you dislike? The system can be configured in many different ways but this can also become a bit problematic. It is by far the easiest payroll processing software that I have used.

What do you like best? UltiPro is fairly user friendly. It is easy to learn and to navigate in CORE. Processing Payroll is extremely easy and editing paychecks is not complicated at all. What do you dislike? Their case management. Cases take too long to be worked and some are closed before they are totally resolved. Ultimate has changed the way that I serve my employees as an HR professional.

What do you like best? I love that we can store all of our documents electronically. It is all connected from recruiting to on-boarding then all of the documents are in core once we have completed the hiring process. It takes a way a lot of the paper that we used to have and is a great way to have the hire agreement signed right away without ever having the candidate come in. What do you dislike?
