UJET is Easy to use and Reliable
What do you like best? UJET is very straight forward and easy to understand. UJET Also automatically makes Zendesk Tickets! What do you dislike? UJET doesn't work well when it's open inside of Zendesk What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to see live AHT and CSAT. It helps me stay on track through out my shift.

Great Software that measures and help employees manage time and adherence! Would highly recommend.
What do you like best? I like the user friendly navigation, and the clear instructions associated with using it. What do you dislike? Using it in addition to other adherence software. Easy and Simple to understand.
What do you like best? It's not complicated. It is very easy to use and it allows the agent to answer quickly and have more than one way to interact with the customer. What do you dislike? The only thing I disliked was trying to figure out how to use the shortcuts. Once you learn to use it though, the shortcuts are very handy and allows quicker responses. no access to view my agents calls, after 2 weeks .
What do you like best? The way we can listen to our agent's calls and chats in real-time is really great.. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . What do you dislike? UJET is best for customer support
What do you like best? UJET is user friendly and is easy to access the aux. What do you dislike? I never felt like that till now. I am good as of now.
