What do you like best about UJET? Absuletly a fantastic service. They have a great Virtual Assistant experience. What do you dislike about UJET? 1 or 2 of the settings are global and apply to all the queues but they are also working on changing on those settings. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Defining queues and adding IVR to our numbers Virtual Assistant new phone number management.

"Ujet helps me assist costumers and change between auxes making my job so much easier!"
What do you like best about UJET? The most helpful part about ujet is that i get to clock my lunches, breaks, emails, and call times so easily What do you dislike about UJET? I dislike that ujet randomly logs me out What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? ujet helps us provide better customer service
