What do you like best about UJET? I hardly ever have any problems with dropping calls or going unavailable. The platform is good and is updated all the time, same as any other, but very easy to use. What do you dislike about UJET? Nothing much everything is good. What do you like best about UJET? Ujet is very simple to navigate. Have not ran into any major problems What do you dislike about UJET? Ujet sometimes freezes but when this happens a simple refresh or two fixes this issue What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Ujet stays on top of any issues we report. They are quick to resolve everything

What do you like best about UJET? We are able to generate reports on the calls that analysts are taking and provide insights to develop the team needs and processes. What do you dislike about UJET? The integration with salesforce could improve, that are some issues with the gadget when we try to use it directly on the salesforce page What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UJET? I love how easy it is to utilize Ujet. The concept is definitely a great One! The interface is very user-friendly and it has an appealing feel to the system. What do you dislike about UJET? II do not like when it sometimes gets laggy or buggy. Other than that, it's a great tool for any business. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I think it helps save time and your entire interface is all there and ready for use.
