quick response on domain problem
i checked my website was off suddenly. and i need assistance from ucraft. since my location is in southeast asia, when i open ucraft site in the morning (my time) it is mentioned i could only get support in 3 hour time. then what i do is just typing it hoping for the support. which in turn Mel from ucraft save the day for me. she responds all the questions i have in just 5 mins. thank you for the support Mel and ucraft team!

I moved our company website over to…
I moved our company website over to Ucraft a few years ago and have had no major issues, however whenever I have needed anything the support team is right on it to fix it and get me sorted. I highly recommend their service is second to none, they have checked my settings and got us back up and running quickly.
