Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - I can't fault it at all! I have a free website and they still gave me 100% customer service. Their website builder is super easy to work with and you'll be very happy with the results. Not a bad word to say about Ucraft! Superb.

I was pleased how Ucraft support…
I was pleased how Ucraft support responded quickly to my questions. The instructions were given in an easy way to understand. I do not have a lot of tech experience, and my Ucraft support person was patient and walked me through the entire process.

Was sick for a few months
Was sick for a few months, but when I came back, reactivated the website. Since my memory has some issues sometimes (73 years old) learning is not too easy. BUT the expert at Ucraft are absolutely dream people. They brought my memory back, got website up to date, added products etc. Cannot have better service.

What do you like best about Ucraft? Ucraft's templates are beautiful! The ease of editing them to look exactly as I pictured has been refreshing. I genuinely have to do less work because the bones of the designs are so good. I have created websites using other web design platforms in the past and these have been extremely time consuming and frustrating to tweak and I would end up with a product I was not completely happy with, whereas with ucraft, the templates are already refined and ...

Quick easy and efficient.
