First I would like to say
First I would like to say, I absolutely love Ucraft. I do not have any experience in web design, but with Ucraft having the perfect template and easy drag and drop, I feel like an expert web designer. I ran into an issue. I did not know how to delete the template display on the URL, after connecting my domain. Well, I contacted Ucraft after hours and Vartan got back to me in a timely manner and resolved my issue. He told e exactly where to go and what to do. Highly Recommend! Thanks, Ucraft

Fastest customer service by LIVE PEOPLE
The customer service here is by far the BEST and the FASTEST. While the other company I've been using takes days to respond to my paid account, Ucraft responds immediately even on free accounts. Some of the site building is not as intuitive as other places, but once you get the hang of it it is much easier and quicker to build and make adjustments. I've been experimenting with numerous new companies, and will be moving my websites here to Ucraft.

Easy to use, friendly staff
Easy to use, whenever I have been stuck on something, staff have been every helpful and very easy to solve my problems. Extremely friendly and quick at responding back. Would 100% recommend using this site builder. I love how there are pre made template where you can adjust and they look very professional :)!

They're really supportive
They're really supportive. I have one paid plan and one free plan and the support is excellent.
