The best platform with amazing SUPPORT...
Using the right platform to build a new website is very important especially if you are not technical at all and are just taking the challenge. In my experience SUPPORT live when you need it makes Ucraft unbeatable. They will explain step by step what to do but if you are like me, hopeless, they ask you to log them in and they just do it for you. I don't think I ever came across such exceptional SUPPORT and this is not once, it's hours of support while building and upgrading my two ...

Maybe good for simple page but not applicable for e-commerce
In fact, service is not good for e-commerce. Google PageSpeed Insights tool giving to simple and pretty much small web page 12 points for mobile and 29 points for desktop. Any SEO tactic will not improve ranking of page created on Ucraft. 4 days I cannot get reply to my request to cancel subscription and return my money back because reply from support means that they are not able to fix their bug. As a conclusion. Sooner I tested several pages created on different platforms: WooCommerce, ...

GOAT Customer service
Customer service is super reactive and helpful! Website maker is decent, even the free version, if you can work your way around some limitations. The big plus is the customer service though: they always reply fast and in detail! Highly recommend.

BEST ONLINE SUPPORT TEAM
I designed like a million websites before I actually published 2 Today. I have been using Ucraft since almost 2 years and I say this "BEST ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT TEAM EVER". I came across few better options than Ucraft but Ucraft's Customer service is to good to let it go.Thank you all of you

The tool is nice and featureful
The tool is nice and featureful, support is available, billing part is buggy though (it allowed for some double booking and shut down my site by mistake).
