From sales to tech support I got a very nice experience talking to customer care. The tech support who assisted me have enough knowledge and expertise about the software. The sales explained to me a lot how the service works and it's features. Overall, kudos to the people that I talked to dialpad. You guys deserves a raised!

I am a new customer with Dial Pad and became very upset when some vanity numbers I had picked and knew were available, were lost because of time delays with Dial Pad. I had spent an entire week checking with all of the phone number sources before finally arriving at a few exciting numbers that would be important to our marketing and image.
