UPDATE as of 7-26-23 - I am amending my 1 star to 3 stars as after posting this review Dialpad was extremely responsive in addressing my issues after going back and forth with my CSM and their contract team for over 2 months. They made some strong concessions in an attempt to honor our original agreement from last year when we upgraded our contract. The customer care representative was extremely attentive and patient! I was having trouble figuring out how to register for my business and they helped me and walked me through the whole process.

Will not let me cancel account

The service itself is decent but the customer service is horrible. They will not allow me to cancel my account and continues to charge me despite stating multiple times I no longer need the service.

BUYER BEWARE - ABSOLUTE INSANITY

BUYER BEWARE - Having had various problems with dialpad after spending over £600 with them. I tripped over the latest insanity today. I tried calling an 0844 number (UK Border Agency) (7p/minute) and the system told me I didn't have enough credit (I had £10 of credit). I called support. First they told me its becasue that number charges £20/minute. I told them thats obviously not correct. Then was told it cost £7/minute, to which I told them the "p" in 7p/minute is not pounds but pence. ...
