Mark knocked it out of the park.

Mark knew exactly what I needed and handled my issue immediately. He even walked me through the steps so I could so it on my own in the future. 10/10

Jansin was a patient, kind, and knowledgeable support representative. It's all too common to encounter short-tempered or unhelpful support staff in other companies, but Jansin was not like that. He efficiently and effectively resolved my issues without any frustration or difficulty.

Pao did an amazing job

Pao did an amazing job. She knew the answers to my questions and I felt taken care of during the entire chat session. In the end, my issue was resolved and I learned something new. Give her a raise!!

I can't ask for a better phone service

I can't ask for a better phone service. Every time, I need help someone is there, as patient as can be because the answer could be right under my nose after a long day. Communication is clear and precise and I have no problems following along. Thank you DialPad Team!!!

Excellent Customer Service

The rep Michael was fast, kind and capable. He even tried to apologize for a delay, but there was no delay. He got it done fast and easily, but still wanted to do better. Great customer service. Couldn't have been better.

I wanted a transcript of the chat but didn't get one and it disappeared before I could copy and paste it. Not a good experience. But the agent was great.
