Team was great during onboarding. Asked for a refund because I had to let my sales team go and they refused to provide it. I did end up receiving the refund but it took more effort than it should have.

Ray was fantastic and helped me with my issue with Dialpad. He worked hard to get me a solution. I was very pleased with Ray. I worked with another tech support person prior to him who just read a script and could not help me and refused to transfer me to someone else. Ray was fantastic though and I cannot thank him enough for his help.

Do not purchase if you are a UK company…

Do not purchase if you are a UK company looking to make calls in the US. They oversold the product stating that we could do this, although when we went to add more users they said we have to be a US company to do it. Very disingenuous. Customer service was not helpful.
