Support better than anticipated!
Although I was initially put off by the fact that support was being handled through WhatsApp, the whole process was fast and much better than expected. And, perhaps most important, the support person, Joey, was knowledgeable and helpful!

Worst support I've ever encountered
Dialpad has the worst support I've ever encountered. I chatted with a sales rep who was wonderful. They assured me their service would work with my existing hardware and checked that my number was portable. They even offered me an excellent discount to purchase. I signed up for an annual plan and ported my number. During porting, I had to contact them because they emailed to say that the port failed. Then they said it hadn't and it was a mistake. Finally got the full answer
I finally received the information after numerous requests on updating the department from the main line and replacing each of them with a Contact Center. No one else at DialPad expressed this to me in the other emails or calls. This was a frustrating situation that should have been much easier.
