Clear Calls, No Drops, Easy To Use

Dialpad is easy to use and I've had no issues with the service since I began using it. Calls are clear and easy to hear...no static whatsoever. Since there's an associated app, it makes it easy for me to route calls to my phone so I don't miss out on client contacts.

I have had a really great experience… Haven't needed anything else

I have had a really great experience using dialpad and watching it grow and get more and more refined as time goes on. It is the only "desk" phone I have at work and have never once found myself in need of another option or wanting for a traditional desktop phone. I love that it integrates with my cell phone and have even taken calls on my cell phone, walked back to my desk and transitioned them to my laptop so I could use my headset with better noise cancelling capabilities. I love it!

Always on the go!

Simple to deploy and ready to start making calls instantly nearly anywhere around the world. The cost per use is ideal without spending on capital expenditure on old PBX systems and are hard to configure. I love the fact that it already has reporting and integrates with Salesforce, LinkedIn and GSuite tools. The built in SMS service is great for dropping quick replies and connecting with customers over mobile.
