MIGRATED TO Dialpad Ai Meetings

Barely gets the job done

Had their VOIP service for nearly 4 years. Not a huge fan of their customer service. They only have agents that communicate via email, and it's never timely. The agents were helpful, but it was just not the best way to receive technical assistance. It would take days to resolve a simple issue. In addition to that, their actual service was never reliable. There would be random times where I wouldn't get notified when a call would come in, or worse, I wouldn't get a call go through at all. ...

Very good VOIP system backed by…

Very good VOIP system backed by reliable customer service. Have used 4 or 5 different VOIP systems over the previous 9 years and Dialpad has been the best—by far. Would highly recommend for a 1 person shop or for a large enterprise. Scales well. Can't beat it.

Dialpad works well

With few exceptions, this works well. There have been small glitches, some where Dialpad will just restart for no apparent reason. The only other issue I have had is incoming calls not ringing. That was rectified within 24 hours.

We are using Dialpad from past 4 months and we are satisfied with the quality of the application and the options available with it.

The experience of Dialpad My experience with Dialpad is generally pretty good. It functions well most of the time, and I love the connection to Salesforce and its ability to pull contacts from that. However, I do find the delays in the service are sometimes more common than I would like, and the line can be very crackly at times.

We have used Dialpad for over a year with our 6 person immigration law firm. We chose Dialpad from the beginning because of their tight Google Contacts integration. The call quality has been very high and the system is extremely simple to use. Our staff can easily switch off answering the phone depending on who is available with the press of a button. Another huge benefit of Dialpad is being able to text clients directly using the app. We are big fans.
